Capacity building and training programs
← Operations & Organizational Performance
Training that is detached from the job is a day out of the schedule. People attend, nod, and return to the old review because that is what their manager still asks for.
We teach the role as it will be run: the meeting, the number, the decision the person is actually allowed to make. A new supervisor should be able to hold the same review the owner expects, without a binder open beside them.
This is the same work we do with organizations in Michigan, Illinois, and Ohio.
What the work includes
- Capability gap assessment against strategy
- Role-based learning pathways
- Manager toolkits and coaching routines
- Evaluation of skill transfer on the job
What should be different afterward
- Faster adoption of new processes
- Stronger frontline supervision
- Skills investment tied to business outcomes
