Physical security evaluation
← Digital Transformation & Compliance
Physical security is still how a person, a vendor, or a piece of equipment gets into the place where the work happens. It is often reviewed separately from the digital access that opens the same door.
We walk the path a visitor or a contractor actually takes, and we compare it with the rule the company thinks it has. The finding is useful when it names an owner and a change, not when it produces a photograph of a lock.
This is the same work we do with organizations in Michigan, Illinois, and Ohio.
What the work includes
- Identify critical people, assets, and operations at risk
- Review site, access, perimeter, and procedural controls
- Estimate likelihood and consequence to prioritize risks
- Recommend proportionate physical and procedural improvements with a roadmap
What should be different afterward
- Documented site risk picture
- Prioritized fixes leadership can fund
- Better alignment with insurance and compliance expectations
