Organizational Analysis
Organizations redraw the chart when something feels slow. The chart is sometimes the problem. More often the chart is a souvenir of an earlier size, and the real path of a decision runs through two people who are not in the same box.
Analysis starts with a recent decision, not with the poster on the wall. Who was asked, who could say no, and which meeting found out last. That trail is the organization. The chart is a claim about it.
When the two match, leave them alone. When they do not, the repair is usually a clearer rule and a shorter meeting, not a new layer of titles.
